I saw them live at a small venue in Santa Barbara way back in like 1994. Strange crowd, very mixed ages and an awkward vibe. It seemed like none of the fans fit in with the rest, and the band didn't do a real good job of reaching out to the crowd or involving them at all- they just acted like it was a rehearsal and the fans were kinda in the way. I made a

face most of the night.
