I've researched it a bit online...but of course need the input of GD.

Noticed a small but very annoying dent on my pickup today...between the fender well and bedrail...Woo Hoo made it almost two months on the new ride.

I would say its about 2-2.5" H X 1.5" at the widest.

Reachable from behind the wheel well with the liner removed.

The first dents the toughest and I know many more will mostly follow but I would like to get it taken care of.

Looks like no paint damage.

Any one use this repair before?

Pricey?

if the paint is not broken a good dent man will make it go away forever

yep, it works well and it's cheaper than the therapy required to get over it.

Had $2300 worth of PDR after a big hail storm a few years ago.  You can't see any trace of the dents.

Yes.  I used Dentmasters and they did an excellent job getting the dents out of my Mustang.

IndepenDent out here does it for $60/panel.  I have had it done on a few of my vehicles over the years with good results.

Live by it. Had it done several times.  Someone good can work magic.  Someone bad can fuck your car up.

On another note, paint cracked or not, I prefer all the dnt straightened b PDR even if it has to be painted.  Fuck bondo and dent pullers and body hammers...

Not that I've tried it but I've read of using dry ice in combo with a heat gun to pop dents out. In thery it makes scence, rapidly cool/heat the surface causing the panel to pop back to its original shape. Has anyone tried this, seems there's no downside except potentially burning your skin with the ice.

This for sure is worth saying again.

I use an independent guy that has been doing it for many years. The dent your describing sounds like about 40-60 bucks.

Had it done twice after hailstorms.  They did a great job both times, car looked like new afterwards.
