I wouldn't be surprised someone submitted this to them and didn't bother to tell them it's copyrighted

Yup. That's an Arfcommer.

hmm, anyone message cafepress about the violation as well?
View Quote You'd think they'd know better than to do that. I mean "FUAROCK" shirts are one thing (I've seen some there) but to actually lift a trademarked logo is something completely different. |

Holy shit! They even have golf balls. That is definitely copyright infringement.

Seems like GB is slacking.
Not sure what kind of retail site this is. http://www.pleadthesecond.com/AR-Bolt-Face-White/dp/B00BAFTPNW Email sent to the Goatboy for action..... |

Don't worry, cafe press will be contacted and it will be removed by cafe press as they don't want any trouble. I had one on my store from when they were not copyrighted yet and then ARF copyrighted it. I had forgotten about it and then a few years ago I got a note it was taken down and why with a copy of the cease and desist.

Wasn't there an incentive for reporting violations? I thought at one time it was a 1 year membership. Either way, that's a complete rip-off of the BFL. Does ARFCOM usually get compensated by the company in violation? Or, just a ceast and desist?
|
|
...Is it hard to check a logo for ownership?
I didn't think it was but this *seems* to happen alot... |
