I could see my screen refreshing rapidly and at first thought it was my eyes. Made my eyes itch like when watching an ant bed full of ants crawling around on it after you've poked it with a stick.
But what it was was the refresh rate was set to 60hz after reinstalling windows. Bumped it to 75 hz and no more flickering. |
