Well, well, now it turns out the DC police issued a "Be On the Lookout" for a dark colored chevrolet caprice after the DC shooting, one of the early shootings. The sniper "Task Force" refused to pick it up, 'cause they liked the white van better! Later eyewitness's also reported a caprice the task force ignored....
