It obviously wasn't an illegal alien making the complaint. Chicken feet are a very common food item south of the border, and in many parts of the world. To me, seeing a chicken foot in with the breast meat would be no different than finding a chicken wing or drumstick in the mix. It's not supposed to be there, but it is. It's not like she found a white dog turd or a decomposing mouse (think "Strange Brew") in there. This is nothing more than an FSA type looking for more free shit. The worst part is, the person resorted to blackmailing Safeway. Despicable.
