So I work for a local boat dealer selling small runabouts, fishing boats and the occasional yacht. For some odd reason I have recently had two job offers from customers and had an interview scheduled for the end of the week with an aircraft parts company.

Went to a local boat show on Sunday and ran into a yacht broker I know. He offered me a position as a salesman selling Grand Banks (new and used) among other yachts. This is a straight commission job but the reward is better as far as income goes and would allow me to spend more time with my wife and 10 month old son.
I was told this is a six figure income as long as I work hard.

Hopefully starting in 3 weeks or so.

Any straight commission salesman out there have any advice?
