I'm in the market for a CCW 9mm and so far its down to the LC9 and the Nano. I did look at others like the Shield and Kahr's PM9 but they're not fitting my desire, mainly due to size, capacity, etc. Ideally I'd get a Boberg XR9-S but the price is too damn high.

Does anybody here have experience with both the LC9 and Nano, which do you prefer for CCW?

If you don't like the shield, the glock 26, or walther p99 (i think, they have a nice looking super-compact 9mm that I'd like to see in person).

In that case I would get the 19 over the 26......even for concealed carry that little size difference does not really matter... the thickness is what kills it in the first place

When you want the worst trigger ever AND and an external safety.... LC9 takes the cake.

Yeah, the safety on the LC9 is a concern.

No to the Glock 26. Its a fatty just like my PX4 subcompact which is a pain for IWB. I'd be nice if either was a single stack pistol.

The nano looks pretty sexy and I am a fan of beretta.  I don't own either pistol so my opinion doesn't mean a lot.

I have an LC9 and it is the worst pistol I own.  I hope I never have to use it past 10 ft.  Because I cant hit shit with it

You'll be screwed inside 10 feet as well, you probably won't have time to get a shot off with that 87lb trigger pull.

neither...unless you have midget hands.
Too small and shitty triggers.

Shot both and both suck.
Almost as bad as the Taurus millenium series.

XDS 45

Big bullet makes big hole, Get a 380 if you want to carry a pocket gun

My biggest issues with the Nano is no slide lock.
PIA at times of operation.
After owning a DB 380 I swore I would never own another semi-auto without a slide lock.
The Kahr in PM or CM designation still weighs less than the Nano,XDS,G26,LC9,or the Shield.
Better trigger too.
Full disclosure I own a PM9.

There is also the low rent Florida built PF-9......
