Is this the same Jack Ryan that didn't know Russian's don't take dumps without plans? I thought he was just a paper pushing analyst that needs to put shit in "a god damn memo"

The Silver Samurai wasn't featured in that mini series but was in the X-Men follow up around issue 172 or 173 I think. Yeah, I was that kid. |

AT least it not Ben Affleck playing Jack Ryan then again no one was as good as Harrison Ford View Quote Ben Affleck playing Jack Ryan made as much sense as featuring Barney (the purple one) in a Jurassic Park sequel. Smaug is a definite go for me, another shameless J.R.R.Tolkein fan. I'll reserve opinion on the new JR movie, seeing as how Hollyweird continually screws up films such as this. |

I'll probably go see Ender's Game. The rest can wait for Netflix, or even not at all in many cases.

I liked the first Thor movie a lot. I'd never been into the comic book character, but Branagh did a good job as director with walking the line between not taking the subject matter too seriously, but not making a joke of it either.
I despise Mark Ruffalo's politics, but I thought he was a fantastic Bruce Banner in The Avengers. I'd like to see them do a Hulk film that didn't suck (although the Edward Norton Hulk reboot wasn't bad). So, I'm in for Thor and The Hobbit. |

View Quote I liked Ruffalo's part a lot too ...I think the entire cast of The Avengers was excellent .....in fact it easily gets my vote as best 'super-hero movie' , so far . There were so many quips and snips by the crew that I had to watch it a second time , just to be able to see what I'd missed by laughing ....'puny god' and Hulk's smashing of Loki , STILL cracks me up...I was literally in tears when I first saw it Im sure the fact that Joss Whedon was running the show had a lot to do with it . |
