In today's Wall Street Journal, Marketplace [section B] first page. Wanting the newspaper's to stop running ad's of weapon's for sale. Claim its another loophole that need's to be closed.

Sounds like the 1st Amendment is just a big loophole to the liberals.

This isn't funny.  The Tucson newspapers stopped running classified ads from individuals quite a while back using the same reasoning.  Now they only run firearms ads for FFL holders with storefronts.

As a result, someone set up [url]www.usedgunstucson.com[/url] for those of us who want to sell a gun outside the dealer path.

Of course the gungrabbers in congress are trying to pass legislation to make that illegal.

They are targeting 16 states in the first phase. Some of them listed, DE, FL, IL, IN, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, NH, NJ, NY. Don't know the other's as I didn't see them listed in the article.

The only real major paper in Merryland, the Baltimore Sun, has refused gun ads for years.

They are barking up the wrong tree there.
