He didnt say as much as I thought he was going to. But in the usual Rush style, he put it pretty much in perspective in a few words. Is hitting on MD shootings again right now.

H was basically pointing out that Gun Control doesnt work, and those calling for it are nuts. That Maryland already has severe restrictions and it has done nothing to prevent these events. He also hit on the groups that are saying that the NRA and other such organizations are as much to blame, and should share the guilt, as the shooter himself. Ruash said that that is like saying that Earth First! is responsible for the person that fell out of the tree and got killed, because if they hadnt been in the way, that old tree might have been cut down and wouldnt have been there for the person to climb, so Earth First! and all the other enviro nut groups should share the blame and be sued by the family, etc. He said its just plain nuts.
