Excellent-You set a goal and carried out the mission!! Great Job!!

Good job. My weight has been up and down my whole life.
The oddest part is you can go a LONG time gaining weight back before you realize how much you've put back on. Keep an eye on it every couple weeks. |
|
Most impressive. If you were up to 281, you had to make some serious changes. Congratulations on your success.

Keep an eye on it every couple weeks. thanks I was always a big guy... I have not been in this type of shape since my mid teens... I have watched so many friends bounce on their weight... down and back up... so I know this was the easy part... my goal is to still weigh myself every week and continue tracking my food and exercising... 36 years of not doing that got me to photo #1 |

So, how did you do it? I used myfitnesspal.com and tracked my food and exercising... I followed the plan and it worked... set my original goal at 2 pounds per week and then adjusted as I went along... if anyone joins you can go ahead and add me as a friend there... I am buffcleb there... |

Please tell me you were able to do that without removing beer from your diet.

Good job. I have a few questions..
What was your BMR when you started and how much calorie deficit did you go with throughout your journey? How much would you say your average calorie expenditures were through exercise? Any weight training, and did you see any strength gains, or where you too catabolic to add muscle?

You are inspiring me. 10lbs down from 2 weeks. I am 240 and want to be at 190. What calorie intake were you at when you began? I am at around 1500. I do not exercise as of yet.

I used the metrics on MFP... I set my activity level at sedentary (I work in a office and sit for hours on end) my current BMR is around 2250 excluding workouts... My average daily workout has been 600-800... I have been doing double workouts more frequently and hitting 1000+ calorie workouts more often though... I basically maintained strength levels throughout... I am positive I lost some muscle mass... hard to drop that much that quick and not |

nice work.
how bad is the skin you mention? if it's bad enough, you should have the doc cut it off and save it for you. you can send it to a tanner and make wallet. |
