Not in MS.They just write you a ticket unless you peel it of on the spot.Always took the ticket however

I've never heard of it, but I've seen my black friends have all sorts of problems my white ones don't have when it comes to the law. So if your FSA friend is white, he probably did something else to make this happen.

Got fix-it ticket and didn't fix it.
Got pulled over again. That'll do it.

I get migraines and got a doc script for window tint.
I got pulled over 2 years ago by a state cop and got ticketed for it. Talked to my eye doc and he gave me a formal letter saying I needed tint. I went to court and pulled out the letter. The cop blew a gasket when the judge dismissed the charges.  |

I've never understood those laws. Hell I would knock the window out before I got it impounded. Bust the window out, pick up the glass and ask them "what window tint?"
Actually I would ask if I could just rip it off. Impounding it seems like a chickenshit move. Roll the window down. Is there even a law that says you need to have glass anywhere in your car? Is there a limit on motorcycle helmet visors? A few of the reasons why those laws are stupid. |

if the car is determined to be unsafe, the auto can be towed. The officer has to point to specifics.
