I subscribed to this UBB yesterday and I got 3 spam mails today..

"STOCK ALERT"
"New York and Orlando Fall Specials from $249"
"you are warned kms"

Just curious if anyone else here got these.

I'd bet no.

I used a clean email address to register this account and have yet to get any spam.

Actually, this board isn't UBB.  It's custom written software by the administrator, Goatboy.  Also, no they don't sell e-mail addresses to anyone.  If you got spam, it came from another source.
