I wasn't aware until someone posted that you were dealing with Autism. I mean, there wasn't any way I could, and it was meant as just ball busting and not with any sort of malice.

I have a couple friends with Aspberger's and it's hard enough for them to go through life without people throwing them curveballs.

IIRC, Deej didn't even shoot a gun until fairly recently (within the last 12-18 months). AFAIK, he doesn't own any. Of course, being a member of ARFCOM doesn't require firearms ownership, it just requires a desire to discuss guns and other shit with other people who recognize man's inherent right to keep and bear arms.

I think I might have insulted him over time in my grandpa like way of treating all my "kids" in a grandpa

The state of IL requires residents that wish to:
-own firearms
-purchase ammo
-even so much as TOUCH guns at gun stores

to have a FOID card. I applied for and received a FOID card in 2011, no questions asked. Since I've never been mentally adjudicated or anything of that nature, I was not denied for a FOID.
