It aint legal 1.) detachable mag...which means u can't have any evil feature.. 2.) That skeletal stock has a pistol style grip. Oops..illegal So yea, its banned. If u take off the stock, and somehow make it straight, like on a springfield m1a or mini14, then ur still legal. That said,i haven't ever seen any other style of stock for a draugnov. |

I'm ALMOST positive that it can take a high capacity magazine. If it can, its illegal, but might have been mandated illegal anyway. CA is a state for fucked up laws, I just thought it was funny that there's yet another "is this illegal in CA" threads. If I had a penny for everyone I saw.
EDITED FOR THE: Didn't know if detachable mags were the problem or if the gun COULDN'T take a mag over 10 rounds. Are HK USC's or SL-8's legal? They were only imported with 10 round mags. Sorry, stupid question, of course they're illegal - they're cool! And no, I wasn't laughing at you! |

Nope, HK SL-8 and USC arent legal in kali...
once again its due to detachable mag feature and that pistol grip-like stock.. that said i really wanted a USC. They have sten mag kits so that u can use the 30 rounders...oh drool... =o( |

Legal here but it is considered a regulated weapon, which means it is treated like a handgun with a background check, $10 application fee, and waiting period.
