Very loooong but good game tonight. Tie score so went into extra innings agains the Seattle Mariners. Top of the 12th inning, Mariner belts a home run into the crowd. Guy who caught the ball I guess was pissed... He threw it back on to the field... guess he didnt want it, ya think?

I thought it was pretty funny.

It has become common practice for the people in the stands of the home field to throw home runs hit by the opposing team back into the field or to one of the home team outfielders.

Even though they lost, they didn't do too bad considering that anaheim was using all 2nd string players against the seattle regulars. At least that was what I was told.

you heard right. Spezio, Erstad, Eckstien, Molina (Benji), Salmon didnt play, However Chone Figgins played... he is something to look out for. This guy is great. I did get to meet Eckstein and Rodriquez before the game, got an autographed baseball for my daughter. Even though they lost.... good time and a great game.

Thats the best part of the game... got to spend time with my oldest kid. Wife stayed home with the baby.

I saw that last year at Wrigley Field, the Cubs were getting their @ss handed to them,  many a ball came back from over the wall [:)]
