Public perception (or the illusion of same) is a very expedient tool to influence others, and sidestepping the debate of whether this "War on Iraq" is right or wrong, these are the tools that are used by those trying to influence opinion (CNN). Deny them their game plan. You've seen the Gephole flip-flop, and the backtrack, trying to deny the Repubs the victory of public opinion. Make 'em suffer for it. Hearts and minds...
