Completely opposite of the K9 unit I follow from York to Harrisburg every week.The seed limit varies from 55-65 and if you aint going 75-85
your not going to keep up with him.He is in the hammer lane for all 30 miles

The video is a minute and forty-fucking-seven seconds long. Less than two seconds after it starts, the cameraman says "Onslow County Sheriff's department..." (hint: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Onslow_County,_North_Carolina). Moments later, he remarks about how the cop from North Carolina is holding up traffic and driving like a dingus in South Carolina.

He could have called it in for the local agency. Either way, when the guy tapiing starts his show by tailgating, he isn't winning any points. He is also nice enough to accelerate when the cop gets in front of him.
