Caracappa currently receives more than $5,600 a month from the city.

Caracappa is serving a life term behind bars and is housed currently in a federal prison in central Florida.


Bill him $5600 for housing.

So that's why he asked to be removed from the same cell and prison he used to occupy with Lou Eppolito... to avoid being constantly pestered for money!

If you left the Dept in good standing finish your terminal leave and get your first pension check they cant touch any pension. So I can retire shoot up a bus load of Nuns and I will still get a check til I die. Regular or disability doesnt matter.
