Under Clinton our % of foreign energy used went from 40 to 50% in the first term, and 50 to 60% in the second. That's a disaster!

Democrats always talk all this new energy sources mumbo-jumbo and end up doing diddly-squat. Why isn't Grey Davis following Clinton's advice instead of belatedly building more conventional power plants?
