Man, has time really flown. I remember registering on the old board right around August. I remember cause I just got my ASA kit and wanted to learn how to put it together. Was also really pissed about the pending SB23 for CA so I started posting in the legal section trying to find a way to stop it. Looking back at it now it was a futile attempt. I would say I have met over a hundred people from this board in that time frame. Either via e-mail/phone, and mostly in person. I started organizing shoots in SoCal when I was there which really got me going and increased my learning curve of the firearms community. It was also great to see that there are people like me with the same viewpoints. Well mostly the same viewpoints [:)] Moving here to TX, I have met even more people. All of em great guys/gals. Do not regret my contact with any of em.

If you are new to the board, or just lurking. Please do not hesitate to partcipate. We may bite your head off, but its all done in fun [;)] Try and make it to the gatherings. These folks are like extended long lost family members. Great bunch I tell ya.

How bout making it to the next Monday nite football gahering. We've had 3 of those. Missed it tonite though cause I am broke. Planning on next Mon.
