That is fairly simple...
Search for something on Amazon, for example "Sights". When your results come up, select the category on the left that the items you want to search for are in... in this case "Sporting Goods". Then scroll down and you will see on the left a selection for "Seller", and check the box next to Amazon.com. |

I filter by "Prime eligable".

Clicking Prime Eligible won't guarantee it's sold by Amazon. It seems like every day there are more and more items popping up that are prime and not sold by Amazon which seems to add another day of processing.
