So just fill in the city name field you live in and submit. You will get a name/photo/address of every level 3 sex offender in your city that is registered.  My City of Sioux City, IA has around 79  your city may vary.

I don't think child molestors should be executed. Then they would be deprived the lifetime of free sexual experiences on the bottom in the prison shower. Those plunger handles sure can wreck a lower intestine.

EDITED TO SAY: They should never be eligible for release. Daily plunger handle molestations for life. Dehumanize them daily for many many years. But once you kill them, they can no longer feel the pain.

One night about seven years ago, my wife and I watched one of these evening TV "news" special report shows...like Dateline or Frontline.  The show was all about kiddy-pervs.  The reporters interviewed some in the joint, some in half-way houses, and some out on the street.  The prison staff stated that the kiddy pervs were among the prison's best behaved cons.  They stated that because of this, the pervs usually cut their time done for good behavior.

The scariest part was an interview with a kiddy-raper then inside.  He basically said the following:

-While on the inside, their sexual desires are suppressed, by drugs and simply by their environment...no temptation, they behave themselves.

-Most of the kiddy-pervs graduate to murder because they don't want to go back in the joint.  This is EXACTLY what Evonitz, the foul rapist-murder that lived here in Virginia and shot himself after the cops caught up with him a few weeks ago, did.  He began his career by just driving around, parking his car near little girls and getting off.  Then that wasn't enough of a rush, so he began snatching them...and later releasing them...then he hit the big time...kidnapping, rape and murder.  The cops are still building the list of victims of this bastard right now.

-What for us is a perversion, is for them merely the pervs chosen form of sex, whether hetero- or homosexual.  This one con explained that they viewed their choice of sex with kids the same as we normal people view our heterosexual lives.  He said basically, "You people like women...or men, we like kids."  Then he dropped the other shoe and I started yelling at the TV.  He said that virtually every single kiddy-perv in the joint was on his best behavior to get out early and once out...they were going to go right back to having sex with kids.

-Although they attend the treatment sessions, most of cons said it was a joke and the treatments had no effect on them.

I fucking HATE those pervs.  I check out the perv list for our country regularly on the web.  If I should ever happen to run into one of these sick bastards in our area, he is going to receive a crystal clear ultimatum from me and my friend...crystal clear and unambiguous.

I absolutely revere the guy in Atlanta who shot the perv that raped his 12 year old son.  This happened about ten years ago.  The perv was the boy's karate coach.  The perv got caught, went to trial, was convicted and given a prison sentence...(I can't remember how long but it wasn't enough!)  The perv was ordered to a prison somewhere that required a plane trip from Atlanta Hartsfield.  The shackled perv was being escorted to the plane by two plainclothes cops, one on each side.  The press was following the perv and asking stupid questions with cameras rolling.  As the little crowd passed a row of pay phones, the kid's dad, who had been faking a phone call, quickly turned around, stuck a .357 magnum revolver in the perv's right temple and pulled the trigger!  Dad then quickly dropped his piece...and was smothered and crushed by the angry LEOs...but it was way too late by then.

Sorry part is that dad went to jail instead of the perv....but considering the perv is burning in Hell...that ain't too bad.

I hope dad is out now...

Getting a death sentence verdict is too expensive.  They should just sentence them to life in prison and then put them in with the general prision population.  Costs less and you get the same results.

I think that this is the perfect reason to bring back public hangings. DNA evidence from... bodily fluids should make it easy to convict the perverts beyond any possible doubt.

A woman in Redding (i think) a few years ago sat in the court room as the verdict was read about a man who'd been accused of molesting her daughter.  She stood up, pulled a 38 and emptied it in his back.  I think she got 3 years.

Process -

Accused is sent to trial and convicted.  Sentence is handed down.  Convicted person has ONE YEAR to formulate an appeal and return to Appelate jurisdiction.  Upheld verdicts in appeal are carried out IMMEDIATELY after trial.

If Accused REQUESTS capital punishment for whatever reason (it HAS happened!) sentence is to be carried out IMMEDIATELY after trial, sans appeal.  Defence Counsel is not permitted to override the wishes of the Accused (also has happened...)

Also, I would honestly like to see civilian trials follow more of the format of Courts-Martial.  After all, a civilian trial is often a confrontation between technicians, while a Court-Martial will seek to find out what actually happened...

This country is big into "reality T.V." I say we give them the biggest dose of it ever. Post plenty of parental warnings and put it on late at night. Then torture these inhuman pieces of crap right on the boob-tube. All prisoners, juvey-hall inmates, and likewise trash would be forced to watch. Prisoners would then be forced to clean up the mess (yes, there would be quite a mess), and stand at the incinerator and smell the burning remains. It would probably deter some criminals, but I think it would make alot of people feel like justice was served. The money (there's always $$$$ involved) from the sponsorship could go towards victim's counselling. And if ya don't want to watch, change the channel.

Hell, my daughter is 33 with a 16 month old son.  If anyone ever touched either one of them, even with her being grown, I would hunt the fucker down, if my son-in-law didn't beat me to him.  We would probably form a two man team to take him and any of his buddies out.

It was GREAT!  The cops jumped dad and whupped his butt...but he was totally passive...as I would be too.  His job was done.

The gal that wasted the perv in that small town in California several years ago was Ellie Nesler.

The perp was her boy's teacher...and a REPEAT OFFENDER!!!  During the trial, it wasn't going well for the state and Ms. Nesler, as the perp's lawyer seemed to be winning.  At one point during the proceedings, Mr. Perv looked right at Ms. Nesler and smirked...mouthing to her that he was going to beat the rap, as he had done before.

She left the court during the next break and returned with a small caliber auto in her purse.  I believe it was a .25 auto...but it was small.  When everyone's attention was focused on something in the court, Ellie moved over to the perv, drew her pistol and shot that prick about five times, right in the head at powder-burn range.  Call the coroner.  End of trial.

She was later convicted of manslaughter.  I don't know if she is still in jail because she was later diagnosed with cancer.

Now, THAT is justice.

I think if the parents of the abused can handle it then they should have the right to carry out whatever punishment they can do to the convicted murderer or rapist of their young.
