Hey guys, this is probably a dumb topic, but lately i've found that when i'm shooting with my cheapo 1.99 glasses that i do something very bad, i hold my head at such an angle that i am looking through the plastic right where it means up with the nose gaurd and in this area of the glasses, its WARPED (the plastic is rounding there) and it cuases the target to get skewed/stretched/shrunk/whatever you call it.. I find i miss alot of shots becuase of this and i sometimes subconciously dont notice it!! so i'm looking to get some shooting glasses that dont suck.. I dont want to spend no 50 bucks or anything on some shooting glasses,, i'd just like something that will work and not have this problem.. I'm not a fan of the yellow tinted glasses.. I'd just like clear..

you guys have any suggestions? I've seen these on cheaper than dirt.. not too bad..

Do you have a Big 5 Sporting Goods near you?  If so they have Gargoyles on sale about once a month for pretty cheap.  Clear and impact resistant.  As an emergency measure I purchsed a pair of cheap glasses at the range for eight bucks and they worked just fine.

I use Oakley's "Shooting Array" eyewear. A bit on the pricey side but money well spent for eye protection and they look cool.

I rather like the Protective Optics Wiley X glasses shown below [image]img.galls.com/images/products/P30394B.jpg[/image]

Galls has them for $29.99 at the below site.  I don’t know how good that price is – might be a little high.

Keep in mind that just about any glasses are designed to give the wearer the best vision through the center of the lens.
