Like too many things, whether someone is a troll or a racist or not is a matter of image and is in the eye of the beholder. One man's discussion is another man's attack.
Yesterday I got in a tussle with a Mod over his perception that I was a racist. Today I've been called a troll. BFD. I've been called names by by nitwits and dolts like that before and it doesn't phase me one bit.
But when a few of the people I respect here start reacting to what I honestly see as benign comments or verbiage, I start to wonder.
In all honesty, I thought there was nothing racial or trolling (at least written from me) about either of the two threads that got locked.
But to those whom I respect (you know who you are) that were offended, I apologize.
It's funny, though, that those to whom I'm apologizing are NOT the ones who called me a racist/troll or who jumped on the racism bandwagon. THOSE folks have their eyes shut and see racism everywhere (and you know who YOU are too).
