The UCR stats breakdown when firearms are used in crimes as opposed to other weapons for the Part 1 violent offense (Murder, Rapes and Robberies). The "Officers Killed" section is the only one that I am aware of that breaks down firearm type, and even then I think that the categories are handgun, rifle and shotgun.
