Nope, for two reasons: First they would be NFA weapons, and under the FOPA of '86 (specifically the laudenberg amendment to it) and the NFA of '34. Secondly even if they werent under the FOPA and NFA (ie-semiautomatice versions), they would fall under Poppiebushies 'non-sporting firearms' importation ban of '89. Sucks tho, a '90 would be fun to have. |

Don't fret too much; the P-90, and especially the Five-seveN, is ballistically anemic compared to, say, an MP5 with hollowpoints. Though, of course, it is easier to control and can penetrate vests, the latter of which the MP5 cannot do without specialty ammo that is also less lethal ballistically.

You don't know what you're talking about. The P90 is the preferred weapon for Mall Ninjas everywhere. Easily conceable in Gap bags and perfect for a Victoria's Secret entry gun as the short barrel won't get hung up on the thongs & brassieres.
