Not a new concept.
Last time it was released "only on TV" it was at the same price point. IIRC they last about a week before puncturing or breaking. Cheap junk for suckers. |

I saw one being used on a dock a good two years ago and it seemed to work fine. It had brass fittings so maybe it was a higher end model before a cheaper Chi-Com made knock-off could be brought out. .
