I am the same way this year. It was because I got a fat raise and I bought my wife a house. So she told me to buy all the toys I want.

Yea
So far this year I have bought a FiveSeven, PS90, M&P VTAC, M&P22, Taurus 9mm 1911, Savage Model 11, and finished building another AR this year... plus I just bought a SCAR 17 but I can't have it until Christmas says the wife
I think I'm done buying guns for a long while. Now I have to start working on accessorizing the SCAR. I'll need mags, optics, trigger, sling....

Ronnoc, I understand what you are going through. Two weeks ago I placed an order for another M-1 Garand and 600 rounds of ammunition for it. Today I bought a 1911, I think in the last month I between everything else shooting related (a scope, club dues, targets, etc) I have spent my entire budget for shooting for a year (maybe 18 months).

So far in the last five months I have bought:
Colt 6940 w/ Eotech 517 Colt 6920 Sig P220 Ruger Mk III Ruger LCP Remington 700 AAC-SD and need a quality scope and bipod now, plus .308 ammo now CMMG lower Plus 3k 5.56, 500 .45, 500 9mm, bolts, BCGs, slings, magpul gear, back packs, mags, etc, etc, etc. I have to admit, though, I have thoroughly enjoyed it |

Didn't they pass that one gun per month law? I'm no legal beagle, but I'd not advertise you are not keeping up with the law's requirements. Better step it up.

It looks like you are buying nice stuff, but I would concentrate on outfitting what you have with quality optics, accesories, gear, and ammo, maybe some training rather than buying another AR to dress up a different way. |

I have done the same thing this year. I have a new job the produces secret from the wife cash... And have picked up a lot of guns/ammo this year
RRA operator 2 Eotech + 3x mag Glock: G22, G35, G19, G26, G17 Walther p22 FN five seven Beretta extreama 400 Rem pss 700 in .308 and nice Burris scope S & W m&p 15-22 Silencerco Sparrow Silencer co osprey .45 Silencer co Saker Sig elite tactical TB .45 Sbr upper and pistol lower 2 reloading stations A LOT of ammo And lots of "gear" Kevlar vest, bags, packpaks, full duck hunting gear, 25 pmags, sights, etc I started the year with only 5 guns.... Holy crap I didn't realize how overboard I went till I posted in this thread. I almost ordered a .300blk Sbr from noveske the other day and had a deal going for a ps90 but the seller backed out... |

It makes you think you're throwing money away, until you realize that with guns and ammo, and with the internet giving you a different selling ability than decades past, you can almost always get most, if not all, of your money back, if you ever need to. Most everything else you buy in a store, you're going to end up selling it for a 90% loss at your garage sale ten years from now.

Besides the .300blk. Ps90, and a 870 shotgun I can't decide what else to get really... And the 870
Is low of the list because I have a kinda free siaga 12. I also got a big safe this year and my buddy got the 12g then moved to Cali a few months later and left it with me. |
