Regulations are not anything new.
All they usually do is help Big Business get bigger and create more barriers for the little guy to compete. |

The whole point is to concentrate power and money (and control) into as few hands as possible.
The more regulations and restraints, the larger and larger a company has to be to be able to afford to comply with all the restrictions. |
