Killed last week in SW Missouri by a friend of my brother. Lousy cell phone pick, but the size of this monster is easy to see. All I killed was a nice little 8 point.

It's almost a shame he won't be roaming the woods anymore. I hunt for the meat mostly, and greatly enjoy watching them from a tree stand. If they didn't taste so damn good, I'd have a hard time killing them; but I wouldn't hesitate to put the top one on the wall, and the second in the smoke house. Good shoot on both! Both trophies in my book. |
