I'm a pool boy. It's too much work to do to get one day a week off as is, so I normally just double up one day so I can have the day of the holiday off and that's it.

Work in retail. 12 hours tomorrow and 12 hours Saturday.
About the only upside to this whole thing is that I am putting in 56 hours this week, with holiday pay on top of it. OT baybee! Don't get it offered often, but when it is, I'm all over it.

My company is in its busy season heading toward Christmas.  We observe Thanksgiving, of course (though I gather some people DID work today for some hot orders), but it may be our last day off until third week of December.  We will work Friday, Saturday, and probably Sunday.
