Since I was a kid, I've never enjoyed sweet foods.  I don't like candy of any kind, or cake, pie (except the flesh version).

I do like my food hotter than normal though.

Slowly going down this route as well. But, I do enjoy homemade cookies around the holidays...

While I've never called them "sweets" and people doing so mildly irritates me, I used to not care in the least for eating a cookie, doughnut, slice of pie, or piece of candy. That's no longer true. I grew out of it or something.

I look forward some rhubarb cake or pecan pie in a big way nowadays.

I'm glad I mildly irritated you.

The only "candy" I like is Reese's cups and I can't stand chocolate otherwise.  Don't leave me in a room alone with an apple pie.

At work a few years ago they bought me a pound of broccoli and some ranch sauce along with a cake for my coworkers. I fucking enjoyed eating every ounce of that broccoli.

I despise cake, cupcakes and any other sweets. My desserts usually consist of tomatoes broccoli or cauliflower

I don't HATE sweets, but I never crave them. If there is apple of pumpkin pie at TG tomorrow, I may eat a slice, but I would usually rather just eat more food.

I'll drink a coke on occasion or grab a piece of chocolate out of the bowl at grandma's house, but I rarely buy any sugar stuff.

I was raised to eat healthy.

It's really hit and miss for me. There was a weekend when I and another person split a cake. I have been known to eat a dozen fresh cookies. I have also been known to have a delicious dessert on hand and opt for the pile of meat, potatoes, and gravy instead.

This is me.

Went to a diner with my (now ex) girlfriend once.  Had a pretty large "comfort food" meal.  Came time for dessert, and she ordered some kind of pie.  I ordered a side order of mashed potatoes.

I do like a Butterfinger every now and then, though.

I'm more of a meat man myself. .

It goes nicely with the whole paleo thing.

Sort of the same way, not a big eater of sweets here either.

We don't buy or consume them.

Nor do we buy or consume "snack" foods or bread.

Biggest treat in our house would be fruit, nuts, hummus.

The only red meat we eat is venison.

"Eat food, not too much, mostly plants".

How do you eat the hummus?

I have to put it on pita bread. What do you do since you don't eat bread?

They do similar for me at work, they buy a cake for my Birthday (for everyone else), and buy me a veggie platter.

I like sweet stuff but not a whole lot, I am more on the salty side. I prefer all food to be spicy or salty, not sweet, no sweet BBQ sauce, no sweet chili, nothing sweet.

Now when it comes to desert, I'm ok with sweet stuff.
