For those that say abolish an agency, you can't.  What you CAN do, however is appoint someone that will dismantle, weaken, and essentially hogtie the agency to the greatest extent possible.

Gary Johnson is my VP. Not sure where else he'd fit in my cabinet.

I'm not gonna run for office. I'm thick as shit.

Here's who I would like to have:

Prime Minister
Daniel Hannan MEP - Conservative Party
Localism

Hannan's main idea is the promotion of localism. He believes that local government independence is impossible without giving local government self-financing. To that end, he supports replacing Value Added Tax with a local sales tax, set by local councils.
Electoral reform

Hannan argues in his writings and in the media (for example, during an appearance on Question Time on BBC television on 28 May 2009) for ballot initiatives (whereby electors can directly enact legislation as happens in Switzerland), a power of recall (whereby a sitting Member of Parliament can be forced to submit to re-election if enough of his local electorate support this), fixed term parliaments, local and national referendums, open primaries and the abolition of party lists.
Economic policy

Hannan wrote in March 2011 criticizing anti-austerity protesters, stating that that they "have decided to indulge their penchant for empty, futile, self-righteous indignation." He remarked, "After "No Cuts!” the marchers’ favourite slogan was "Fairness!" Alright, then... How about being fair to our children, whom we have freighted with a debt unprecedented in peacetime?"
Foreign policy

Hannan has a 'deep admiration' of the United States, and describes himself as an Atlanticist with inherently positive views of the United States as well as other English-speaking nations.

Deputy Prime Minister
Nigel Farage MEP - UK Independence Party
Do I really need to do anything other than link to youtube clips?

I've placed a great Daniel Hannan speech in here for good measure, too.

I would not have a SoS. World "leaders" would have to come to me hat in hand for their handouts.

Catherine Zeta-Jones, Zooey Deschanel, Any Adams, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Salma Hayek, Sophie Marceau, Anne Hathoway, Alyssa Milano, Jennifer Love Hewitt...just to start.

Whoever is picked is more than likely going to be incompetent as all hell, so they may as well be nice to look at and hopefully...interact with.

I'd ask Nigel Farage to be the US ambassador to the UK.
I would definitely ask Dick Cheney to serve in any advisory capacity he would wish to serve in.  That man is SMART

and knows more about what goes on inside the beltway than any man alive.

I'd intentionally try to put Allen West in a position that would enhance his standing as a future Presidential hopeful.

Judge Napolitano as AG.  His first orders would be to enact an open amnesty registration for ALL classes of NFA firearms,

to be held open and active until I tell him to shut it down.  An order I'd never give.

I'd choose an aggressive military officer with a long history of combat and an even longer history of not putting

up with bullshit as my Secretary of Defense.   His rank would not be a factor.  I might even choose a senior enlisted

man if he has the right attributes.

The Joint Chiefs of Staff would be carefully chosen to NOT be politically correct or likely to kiss any asses.

Upon reviewing the personnel folders for these candidates, bonus points would be assigned to them for each

instance of disciplinary action against them for insubordination or failure to adhere to the chain of command,

or ignoring orders when the outcome was favorable.   I want men who can THINK, not just follow orders like robots.

The most rigid rule must at times be bent or broken in order to do what is right.  No rule can account for every

imaginable situation,  and it is those situations that separate the men with judgement, intelligence, and courage

from the rest.    If one of the members of the JCS can not stand up to me and tell me that I'm uninformed or

full of shit when that happens to be the case, then he doesn't deserve to be on the JCS.
NOBODY who sucks up and doesn't tell the truth as he sees it would be on my cabinet.

Some cabinet positions would not be filled as I'd be disposing of those positions and the agencies they represent.
We need LESS government.

The core guiding principle that I would expect all members of my cabinet to follow is simply this:

"There is nothing so precious and worthy of defense as the individual rights and freedoms of the

individual citizens of this nation.   Do everything you can to protect and extend those rights and

freedoms."
