I couldn't agree more. But the Leek is a great knife for $20 and if I lost it I wouldn't want to slit my wrists. |

You can always find someone else to ship you a knife and amazon's prices on knives usually suck anyways. I don't like spring assisted knives. My Kershaw Skyline has a good knife for a couple of years now, and no one gets excited about it at work.

I picked one up last year...it's a nice knife for the $ but the handle is very slick and I ended up placing a strip of 3M anti-slip tape on one side.

I think I've owned 3 Leeks now and I always end up selling or giving them away. The handle is so smooth I always feel like it's gonna slip and I'm gonna cut a finger off. Always liked the ones I had except for the aforementioned reason.
