Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Anyone got a decent analysis on amendment SA2060?

I've been getting emails from conference and trade show hosts about this. Supposedly it prevents federal employees from attending more than one trade show a year on the federal dollar. I see this as very bad. If I understand it correctly, it means that it would prevent you from interacting with or watching presentations made by representatives of any of the alphabet organizations.
