In the interview, Paul suggested the Republican Party could reform its
brand by letting states have more control — particularly on marijuana
policy.

Absolutely. We need to start pointing out that most of the shit being argued about at the Federal level shouldn't even be on the agenda at the Federal level. The Constitution is pretty explicit about what is their purvue, and 99% of this garbage ain't it.
