Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Kindle Fire

For anyone interested the original Kindle Fire is only $159 this week.  Not the latest and greatest but a decent tablet for the price and might fit the bill for someone's Christmas present.

Fire HD is only $199 so it's not saving much but I thought I'd pass it along.

FWIW: I own a Fire (original), it's a decent device, but I would recommend spending the extra $40 and getting the Fire HD. It looks like a nice step up. I've only fiddled with the HD in the store and not as a user, but it was noticably better.
