So, I'm taking a practice test.  How do you answer?

Which of the following has the most impact on the value of a property?

A.  The type of financing available

B and C are often tied together.  Are they using this test to root out the evil racists?

C,B,A,D in that order.  I know REs aren't allowed to provide data on ethnic makeup of a neighborhood and such, but anyone who says they don't consider it when they look for a home is lying.

That's what I was thinking.  I can see a ton of folks falling for it

B and C are the same but C does not sound as mean, republican like...

Another vote for B & C being tied together. People stick with what they know, and generally, those who look like them.

C.

A, B, and D, all lead to C.

And C leads to A, B, and D.

One could argue "D"

Because out of all the options, its the only one with a "buyer".  Until you have a "buyer" your property's value is only potential.

B is the correct answer in large parts of the south. However I doubt that's the answer they are looking for.
