"‎"GOP freakout over Susan Rice seems like a strong argument in favor of appointing her.""

my response was

"Ambassador Rice is widely viewed as having either willfully or incompetently misled the American public in the Benghazi matter," it says. "Her actions plausibly give U.S. allies (and rivals) abroad reason to question U.S. commitment and credibility when needed.

dont sound like a R issue, sounds like a US issue...

his response....

Hmm. Usually when we use quotation marks, we're expected to supply the source...Surprise, surprise, the quote comes from a letter signed by––wait for it––House Republicans! (and a minority at that). This view is held "widely" only among the even stupider wing of the Republican party.

.............

ive been googleing for her actual words she used, but not finding much...

I have learned from Harry Reid that hear say evidence is all that is needed to support ones agenda.  Proof be damned.

1.  You are required to provide a source for quoted material buy your friend is not?  You have a source, ask for his while simultaneously calling him out on the double standard.

2.  He is publicly intimating that you are stupid because you are part of the "stupider wing of the Republican party." Since the view can already be attributed to you through your statement, he believes you are snared by the un-sourced "appeal to authority" argument that only the "stupider wing" believes what you believe.

3.  Your friend is better at douchebaggery than you are.

4.  It is clear that your friend never learned to speak to people with maturity and civility.

I suggest you begin any response with a nearly word for word quote from his post, inserting the relevant facts.  Don't forget to the condescending "Hmm."

Don't miss the point with him.

The President knew the attack was happening and did nothing. Americans died. Will he say the President didn't know???????????

She shared talking points known to be false from the administration to shift the blame at the end of the election, which put the blame on some poor idiot of a film maker. End of story. Everybody outside of moonbats realized this months ago.

  • It was a great plan––because it's obvious that the original story is MUCH better for the administration. The American people have made abundantly clear that if bad guys participated in a protest before killing the ambassador, then Obama is awesome, but if they didn't he's a war criminal! Also they managed to maintain their great fiction for all of several days, until the revised intelligence was revealed. Yet, somehow a month an a half later, the American people still rejected Willard. Weird.
