I wasn't paying too much attention. Anyways, I have one of those sinus rinsers that's a bottle with a nozzle, and you squeeze that shit up in your nose. I filled that bitch up with some H2O2, and went to town.

I've mentioned it before, in the context of using maybe 10 drops of 3% peroxide in an 8oz bottle of wash to help clear up a sinus infection.

I'm not going to be able to sleep tonight. Foaming at the mouth AND nostrils.

Maybe try to use some regular wash solution to rinse out the peroxide?

My general advice is that if Peroxide doesn't do it for you, follow up with the Rubbing Alcohol.

I don't have much rubbing alcohol here. I do have some iodine, but I didn't think it would do much for the gunk I've got going on in the back where my sinuses meet my throat. What about hibiclense?

A few weeks ago I did a neti pot with water and a few drops of apple cider vinegar. I couldn't even tell the vinegar was there, but it sure cleared out my head much better than just water.
