I can probably only bench about 200 but I can do squats all day and got up to 500 when I was in highschool....

205 5 times.

Kicker is I only weigh 140 pounds.

I love being 17...being 5'11", having a 28 inch waist...4% body fat....and being able to eat the fattiest stake in the world and not gain a damn ounce.

There are always guys who are total beasts who can bench like 450-500 lbs. Lots of them on the football teams in college etc. Just my opinion but I think it's important that you take in to account how much you weigh yourself and how well you can run with that strength but that's just me because I can only bench 205 but weigh a mere 130. I have a few friends that can bench 500 lbs or more and I personally think it is kind of stupid. Some of them carry a blender around with them so that they can "make" their lunch if they have too. They also don't have time to do a lot of things because they don't want to miss their workouts. I guess if you enjoy working out more than anything else that's all well and good, but it just doesn't seem like much of a life to me when the main thing you live for is to lift weights....

Back in the day, I think 260 or 270. Today, I don't even want to know.

Used to be able to bench double my bodyweight. 300# @ a bodyweight of 150# with a full pause at the bottom. Now that I weigh about 175#, double bodyweight(350#) just isn't going to happen, especially since I am just South of 40 years old. (Still look better than most 20 yr. olds though[:D]

Somewhere between the weight of my computer and the weight of my truck.
Since it has been a while, this is only a guess.
The computer may be heavier than it looks.

Just my opinion, but you really ought to try and get your body fat up to at least 6%.  You need some fat to be healthy, and I don't think that 4% is enough.  I'm at about 5.65%, trying to get to at least 6%.  Try getting the book called "A Man, a Can, a Plan: 50 Great Guy Meals Even You Can Make" by David Joachim.  It's super easy stuff that's packed with protein, etc.

If you can do 275 13 times you can max at a lot more then that, 315 maybe 325.

And if you are doing 275 13 times it is time to bump up the weights and drop the reps.  Try 300 for 8.
