Okay this is the second time I have seen or heard this word in three days. Before that I have neverheard it.

Jubblies:(slang) appears to a noun. By could very well be used as an Adjective. But more than that.
WHAT THE HELL DOES IT MEAN??

In context of scentence and topic it seems to mean Balls , but the other night when I heard it it seemed to mean Breast???

So which is it?

I don't think the word has anything to do with insects, so I wouldn't worry about the entomology aspect.

As to the etymology of the word jubblies, I have no idea.

I thought that was wrong but I couldn't sleep last night and I am just on my first cup of coffee.

Damn, Yankee (or would that be damnyankee?[:D]) you beat me to it!

Jubblies is slang for breasts.

You just need to watch more Austin Powers. [;)]

But I never heard of it until I'd seen the stupid movies, so is it a real word or something Mike Meyers made up?

Doing a quick search...

Jubblies is a noun. Equates to: boobies, sweaterpuppies, knobs, headlights, knockers, tits, breasts, etc.

Looks like it came from Austin Powers (I wouldn't know).

The term is older than the first Austin Powers movie.  I have an album by a Dutch band called "The Last of the Jubblies" that came out in 1996.

I first heard it in Kent in 1990, so it is British slang (the breasts reference is entirely correct) and definitely predates Austin Powers.

Etymology of slang as used by Britons tends to be sketchy at best (save "Cockney Rhyming Slang") so I shan't hazzard a guess.
