Everyone's heard about this but how many have THOUGHT about it? I don't think we are to the same point over here but everyone's heard the cry for slavery reparations. Okay, here's a question: let's say we, somehow, decide to go ahead and pay every black person who wants it (some responsible onbes will decline) a sum of money to compensate them for slavery they never experienced personally. First, I think we have tried to do so over time with our ridiculous welfare system but that is another issue. Second, what crutch will those lazy asses be left with to excuse them from working or being civilized human beings? They won't have the old slavery standby anymore. Voting rights? Nope. They will remember this kind of shit and we will be in the same mess. I don't think any farmers here will be abandoning their homes, though. Maybe some wine vineyard owners out in Kali but East of Napa Valley will be a whole different story.
What do you think? I don't know the history of Zimbabwe but I suspect it doesn't matter. How long are these farms going to survive "under new management"? They are already feeling the effects and they're too stupid to realize it. Survival of the fittest, IMHO. Oh, get out your checkbooks, too, because as soon as they fuck themselves we will be required by the UN to bail them out.
