The first one looks like someones personal theory. The second is Systema Russian Martial Art out of Canada. It is real but has to be felt to be understood as the movement principles are so diferent from what people expect. Lots of people say it is BS but you never hear that from someone who has tried it. Most studentss have studied several other styles and dropped them after experiencing systema.

I've trained in it.....it's not 100% BS.....but there is some voodoo to it. But there are also solid concepts and techniques. It teaches a similar "base" that is used in Judo and BJJ. It incorporates a lot of Asian martial arts but without the actual kata so it's easier to learn. |
