Guy in the white shirt looks to have a Leupold Mk4 10x40 but I don't know what's wrapped over the front ring.

And he's got the scope mounted waaay back on the upper. Unless he's got a "tactical latch" on the charging handle he's gonna have clumsy fun using it.

And that Target Designator White shirt is too cool.

Is blue shirt carrying a M249?

Are these actually US Military, or some American "Security Firm" (ie, mercenaries)?

The article uses the term "Elite U.S. forces".
