There are some things I like, but I HATE that a new window pops up when you click on a thread, the new format just gives me a headache, but I guess Ill get used to it.

I kind of like that actually. I don't have to reload the topic page from the database everytime I go back. I can just refresh it whenever I feel like it.

Honestly? [i]Somebody[/i] has bitched about the "new format" EVERYTIME Juan updates the sight.

Get used to it. The only thing constant in life is change. [:D]

actually i always opened 2-3 different topics in new windows. i didn't even notice that change. I LIKE IT!

Why dont you go to the Million Mom March site and complain there??? Maybe they will care [BD]

Kidding. You should have seen this site about a year or so ago... changed constantly and to tell the truth I got tired of it so I left for a while... this has been the first change in a while so I guess it will take a getting used to.

Its not as bad as when they made a DRASTIC change whereas EVERYONE lost their post count. I was up to like a million (Well, MAYBE not a million) and then we all went down to 1, 2, 3, ugh. Why should that matter??... I dont know.

hey at least we are in a country that we can talk about firearms the way we do right??

I'm rambling.. I gotta go.

The site seems fine to me. I wish the active topics were still on the front page though when you come in. Besides that its okay.

OK, one second it seems I have ten windows open, the next I accidentally shut down Internet Explorer. Is there a pattern to when a new window opens and when the next thing opens in the same window??

The only think I don't like is the amount of space that the menu bars take up between each person's reply (on the old layout they all seemed to flow together). Otherwise the new layout's fine.

Edited to add it would be nice if there wasn't so much dull gray. I rather liked the black/white with the colorful banners.

Part of the reason for the larger breaks between posts is to differntiate the content easily...

The mac post size is now over double what it was before, so it gives a nice border around a posted article etc, where you can easily see the start and end of it.

I like it better now than the last format. There was just too much BS in the way before. It's a lot more streamlined now.

In the future will there be a shortcut bar at the bottom that will allow you to quickly jump to another forum? That was nice. I miss being able to see who all was logged on also. Hey guys, don't mistake these suggestions as me being a complainer; I'm just making conversation. This is still the best site. I have it set as my home page.

The efficiency of this website has increased exponentially. Any remaining problems regarding functionality are bugs that were not discovered in the test cycle and will be fixed. These are minor inconviences. Be greatful and stop whining!

Heck, I was a nervous wreck all weekend. I thought it was going to be a quick revamp. After a few hours, I was beginning to think that maybe Goatboy had changed the URL and that somehow I had missed the announcement of the new one prior to downtime. You guys outta do what I did... I made a nice Folder named AR15.com on my link's section. I placed links to the direct forums I view most often.. Works out quite nice!! I've got 15 of them in the folder, and I can quickly go to whatever forum I feel the urge to!!!!! I even have one for "active topics"!

Try it.
