Taurus 1911 $575

92 fs $600. $875 with laser grip

SKS 7.62 folding stock $475

I am pretty unfamiliar with used prices, but I would think these are what I would expect to pay new?

It depends on a lot of things. A well taken care of gun with only a few hundred rounds fired is practically new in my book.

Store bought used or from an individual?

2 years ago, those prices would have been outrageous. Now that everything has increased so quickly, I fear those may be normal

Except for the SKS. That still seems like too much for a damned SKS

I sure as heck would not pay that for an SKS.
I have been thinking about getting rid of mine because it is the only gun I have in that caliber and everybody seems to get about $300 for a Norinco.

Too high.  I can find Taurus 1911's NEW for that price all day long at the shows.  I haven't shopped Beretta's in years, but the police trade ins typically run mid 400 range.  $600 sounds very close to new price.  SKS market is kind of weird.  Not as many for sale as there used to be.  But $475 is way more than I would want to pay.

The SKS is too high. I bought a Norinco Paratrooper last week that is in flawless condition for $100 less.

The beretta is too high for sure. I paid $620 for one brand new about 4 months ago.
