Everybody has weeks like that.. I find that they're usually folowed up by a pretty good one if you keep a good outlook.

You might want to look at some options dealing with your landlady, though. [smash]

hey KPEL: if you were a ny liberal you could sue her for reimburstment of your rent. do to the fact you paid your rent on time,but she as not supplied the formentioned product you paid& are intitled to(rent=room,water,heat,eletric) if they are included on the lease.

negligence is on her behalf & would be easy to prove with a copy of the lease w/ your cashed rent checks. the utilities company can even provide documents as to when & why such services were shut off.
